Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- Quarter cup softened or melted butter
- Quarter cup milk
- Half to three quarter teaspoon cooking salt
- Optional black pepper
- Optional olive oil and chives for serving
Method
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces.
- Boil for ten to fifteen minutes until fork tender.
- Mash the sweet potato then add butter milk salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Serve with olive oil and chives if desired.
