Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cooking salt
- 1 medium chicken breast about 450 g
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- Oil spray for the air fryer
Method
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towel.
- Slice halfway through lengthwise to create two even pieces.
- Gently flatten to an even thickness.
- Season both sides.
- Place in oiled air fryer basket and insert thermometer.
- Air fry until internal temperature reaches 163 F or 73 C.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve.
