Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- One half cup strawberries sliced
- One half cup blueberries
- One quarter cup granola
Method
- Line a sheet pan with baking paper.
- Spread the yogurt evenly across the sheet pan using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle the diced strawberries, blueberries, and granola over the yogurt.
- Gently press the berries into the yogurt to help them stick.
- Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for at least four hours or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, break or cut into pieces and enjoy.

Tips
- Add mango or raspberries for extra colour.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker bite.
- Sweeten with honey if you prefer it sweeter.
Storage
Store in the freezer. Eat straight from frozen for the best texture.
