Granola Gone Rogue

Sticky crunchy oat bars made in minutes

8 bars

Ingredients

  • One half cup desiccated coconut
  • One half cup granola
  • One and one half cups rolled oats

  • Sauce
  • 150 g honey
  • 60 g Biscoff spread
  • 60 g smooth peanut butter

Method

  1. Combine the honey, Biscoff, and peanut butter in a saucepan. Heat on medium high for two minutes until smooth and runny.
  2. Add the sauce to the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. It will be sticky but keep mixing.
  3. Press into a lined sheet pan and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
  4. Slice into bars and store in the fridge.
Tips
  • Use quick oats if you want a softer bar.
  • Add chocolate chips after mixing for extra indulgence.
  • Warm the bars for a few seconds before eating for a gooey texture.
Storage

Store in the fridge for up to one week. These bars also freeze well.
