Ingredients
- One half cup desiccated coconut
- One half cup granola
- One and one half cups rolled oats
- Sauce
- 150 g honey
- 60 g Biscoff spread
- 60 g smooth peanut butter
Method
- Combine the honey, Biscoff, and peanut butter in a saucepan. Heat on medium high for two minutes until smooth and runny.
- Add the sauce to the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. It will be sticky but keep mixing.
- Press into a lined sheet pan and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Slice into bars and store in the fridge.

Tips
- Use quick oats if you want a softer bar.
- Add chocolate chips after mixing for extra indulgence.
- Warm the bars for a few seconds before eating for a gooey texture.
Storage
Store in the fridge for up to one week. These bars also freeze well.
