Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread or baguette
- One third cup finely chopped parsley
- One half cup unsalted butter
- One half teaspoon cooking salt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
Method
- If your butter is straight out of the fridge, microwave it for fifteen seconds to soften slightly.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, salt, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Slice the ciabatta bread lengthwise down the middle.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly across both halves.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for fifteen minutes.
- For the final five minutes, move the tray to the top rack to crisp the top.
Watch it being made
Tips
- Add extra garlic if you want it stronger.
- Toast the cut side briefly before adding the butter for extra crunch.
- Use salted butter and skip the salt if you prefer.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes.
