Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados

- 1 lime, juiced
- One half teaspoon sea salt
- One quarter teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash: Mash with a fork until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Add ingredients: Stir in the onion, tomatoes, and coriander.
- Season: Add lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix and adjust seasoning.
- Serve immediately.

Tips
Use ripe avocados for best texture. Add chopped jalapeƱo for heat. If making ahead, press cling wrap directly onto the surface to prevent browning. A splash of extra lime helps keep it green longer.
Storage
Best eaten fresh, but stores up to 24 hours in an airtight container with cling wrap pressed onto the surface. Stir before serving. Not suitable for freezing.
