Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 to 2 cups chopped chocolate melted
Method
- Add shredded coconut icing sugar and condensed milk to a bowl. Mix with hands until it forms a sticky lump.
- Shape into small balls. Dip into melted chocolate if desired.
- Place on a tray and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tips
- Use real condensed milk for best texture. Low sugar versions make the mixture crumbly.
- If the mixture feels dry add one teaspoon of condensed milk at a time.
- You can roll in cocoa powder or desiccated coconut instead of chocolate.
Storage
Keeps in the fridge for up to five days. Freezing is also fine. Thaw in the fridge for best texture.
